Applying to graduate school requires a good deal of planning and research. Graduate schools offer many programs with unique experiences and philosophies. You will need to do a lot of investigation to find that program that fits with your values, experiences and goals.
We hope that you will find the information in this website to be helpful as you think about applying to graduate school. We encourage each student interested in graduate study to meet with an advisor in the Psychology Undergraduate Advising Office.

If you are going into your senior year, we offer an Applying to Graduate School Support Group in the Autumn quarter for students who are applying to graduate school in the following December-February time period. Also, seniors who are planning on taking a year off from school before they apply to graduate school are welcome to attend the support group. In the Autumn 2010 quarter, students may choose to receive 1 credit (C/NC) for their participation in this group by registering for it as a Gen St 391 class. If you have any questions, please contact Vicky Burke or Tracy Maschman Morrissey.
