The Language Development and Processing (LDP) lab is looking for hardworking undergraduate students to earn course credits while working in the lab (3 hrs/week = 1 credit; a minimum of 2 credits required). Students will assist with the development of an online course that is designed to instruct early educators on the best practices for teaching a second language to young children. Learning objectives: learn about bilingualism in children 0-5; follow research protocols; improve the SparkLing online tool for bilingual instructors; participate in scientific discussion. Work hours and space will be arranged with graduate student, Kaveri Sheth. Students report directly to Kaveri Sheth. Spanish-speaking students are especially encouraged to apply!
