Other Announcements and FAQ

Time slots: If you are a researcher, please double check if you have available time slots for participants to sign up on! If your study info page shows "no time slots available", you will need to add new time slots (you can do this in bulk if needed).

Is there are limit for remote studies? The maximum amount of credits allowed for online studies is 3. You must participate in lab studies if you have already received 3 credits of online studies.

I am a student and how can I get extra credits for my class? Every course may have a different extra credit policy, so please check with your instructor first. 6 research credits equals to 6 hours of participation, and will give you a 0.3 GPA boost for your course. Your class may have a maximum amount of hours/GPA boost you are able to get, so again, check with your instructor.

Students using ORPP for the first time: Please find the "For Student" tab above for a PDF about the research pool. You may also view the tutorial video here. If you cannot access the video, please use the link at this top of this page.
