Psychology major Amaris Ilar selected as gonfalonier (banner carrier) for UW Commencement Ceremony. Ilar works in Priscilla Lui's ADAPT lab.

Psychology major, Amaris Ilar, has been selected to be a banner carrier (gonfalonier) at this year's Commencement Ceremony. Amaris is an outstanding student and human being. She has worked in Priscilla Lui's lab for the past two years, participated in other labs, has been working as a Peer Health Educator with UW LiveWell, has been president of the Asian American Students Alliance, has received Steele and Hagenstein scholarships, and will graduate Magna Cum Laude with a BS in psychology and BA in education. Amaris will also be the nominee for the Dean's Medal. Congratulations Amaris!
