Sama Ahmed featured in UW Research New Faculty Spotlight article
Sama Ahmed was featured in a UW Research New Faculty Spotlight. He shared information how he studies the brain of a small fruit fly, D. melanogaster, to achieve three research goals.
– understand the computations implemented by brain-wide networks,
– uncover how neural circuits interact, at different scales, to generate behaviors, and,
– investigate the natural limits of nervous system function.
