Graduate student Clara Johnson received a three-year, $140,256 NRSA Training grant from the NIH National Institute of Mental Health. The award title: Attending to the “Whole” Child in Mental Health Care: Utilizing a Partnership Approach to Address Social Risk Factors Alongside an Evidence-based Psychotherapy. The study goal is to develop strategies to address and mitigate social risk factors alongside evidence-based psychotherapies using decolonizing methodologies. Clara is mentored by Shannon Dorsey.
