Recent Psychology graduating senior Druti (Dru) Naik selected as a gonfalonier at UW Seattle Commencement ceremony
Each year, the College of Arts & Sciences chooses six gonfalonieres—banner carriers—to represent the College at the UW Seattle Commencement ceremony and to lead undergraduate students into Husky Stadium. Gonfalonieres are graduating seniors who exemplify the College’s core values of excellence, inquiry, community, accountability, integrity, and citizenship. This year, the College has selected Psychology graduate Druti (Dru) Naik. Dru graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Psychology in December. While a student, Dru spent two quarters as a peer facilitator with Ann Culligan and three quarters as a research assistant with Peter Vitaliano. This coming fall, Dru will begin a Master's program in Human Centered Design & Engineering.
