Ariel Rokem has also received a NIH Diversity Supplement to support a post-bacc researcher to pursue a career in biomedical research. Award title is NIPreps: Integrating Neuroimaging Preprocessing Workflows Across Modalities, Populations, and Species. The goal: This project proposes to develop an integrated framework for preprocessing of neuroimaging data across a range of experimental conditions and models. By addressing current bottlenecks in the neuroimaging research workflow that impede integration, such as consistent multimodal analyses of inhomogeneous data, The project, called NiPreps, opens new avenues for integrative and reproducible analysis, ultimately enabling the kinds of translation that are essential to maximizing the benefits of the investments in research on the brain and mental health disorders.
