Kay Yu Yuan Chai’s paper, “The Preliminary Efficacy, Feasibility and Acceptability of a Brief Audio-Guided Dialectical Behavior therapy Mindfulness Skills Intervention for College Students with Emotional Dysregulation," sponsored by Professor Marsha Linehan, was chosen as the best research proposal. Kay's mentor was Marivi Navarro.
