Randy Kyes was awarded the Lawrence Jacobsen Education Development Award for "significant contribution to primate conservation education in Indonesia when he was at the International Primatology Society (IPS) meeting in Italy in late August.

The award comes with a grant up to $1,000 to “support field conservation programs, work with local community and/or schools, or training in conservation education techniques.”
