Sarena Sabine just received the 2026 Graduate Student Research Award for American Psychological Association (APA) Environmental Psychology Division 34! The Division 34 Graduate Student Research Award recognizes outstanding original research conducted by a graduate student on any topic in environmental, conservation, or population psychology. Sarena submitted a paper titled “Lack of Agreement on the Term ‘Nature’ Impacts Self-reports: Experimental Evidence Regarding Time in Nature” Sarena’s faculty mentor is Brian Flaherty.
